| I got deferred from Wharton ED... and then they got my hopes up by giving me an interview which I did extremely well at; and I sent in flawless mid-year grades and extra recs and essays/letters as well. But I got rejected from Wharton RD... WHY? If they were gunna reject me anyway... they shouldnt have gotten my hopes up :S |

| Rejected, Wharton. I'm a bit sad. If all goes well with the financial aid I might be going to UVA. It's a good school and has a good undergrad business program (McIntire). BusinessWeek rated it second best in the country (next to Penn )...so it's all good. And plus, I really like UVA and Charlottesville. |

i was deferred early and really did not expect to get in regular!!! i am SOO excited and this gives hope to anybody with less than stellar grades - i probably got straight A's only one semester in high school - the rest was full of B's and C's. and I'm asian! (i also got into cornell, but i am going to go to penn duh) *FOR DEFEREES* IF accepted, reasons why you think so, actions you took after being deferred, etc..: i wrote a letter that i sent in february where i declared my love for penn, literally begged for another chance, and updated my senior year ecs. =)
CONGRATS GUYS! |
