essay on supplement

this may seem trivial, but when they say do not exceed 1 page on the application essay on the supplement, does that mean single spaced or double spaced?

I've been wondering about this one as well.

I think it's probably single spaced...double spaced one page doesn't give you a lot of room to say what you want.

single (double would be like 300 words)
