Template for Withdrawing Applications

I've noticed a lot of people who had questions about how to go about withdrawing their applications. So, I took the letter I used and turned it into a template. Just fill in the blanks and send to the school's admisisons office

If you've already been accepted, use this:

To Whom It May Concern:

Thank you for offering me the opportunity to enroll at College/University Name. I am truly honored by the selection; however, due to an Early Decision agreement with another school, I must decline your offer of admission. Thank you, and good luck with the rest of the admissions process for the Class of 2012.

Sincerely,
Your Name
Your High School 'XX
SS# XXX-XX-XXXX

If you are still waiting, use this:

To Whom It May Concern:

Please consider this formal notification that I am withdrawing my application to College/University Name due to an Early Decision agreement with another school. Thank you for your consideration and good luck with the rest of the admissions process for the Class of 2012.

Sincerely,
Your name
Your High School 'XX
SS# XXX-XX-XXXX

Also, make sure you change the name of the school for each time you mail the letter. I forgot to do that.

That was an awkward explanation, haha.
