the housing form reads "applications received by may 1 will be processed together in the first round. applications received after may 1 will be processed on a rolling basis as space is available."
does this mean that the application can be submitted tomorrow (may 1) and still be in the first batch? call me paranoid, but i definitely dont have to do this by midnight tonight (april 30), correct - to have it BY may 1?
