Do you think it will happen?!

Hey All! I'm making my college list and as of now I have about four definite schools on my list (Yale, Harvard, Columbia, and NYU). I'm looking to build that list and I was wondering if you all think I had a good enough shot at Penn for me to be able to apply. I would love to go here and I actually just found out that one of my good friends will be in the class of 2013 (she committed to penn's lax team recently).

Anyway, thanks! Here are my stats:

GPA: 3.95 (UW) 4.64 (W)
Rank: 15/331
PSAT: 222 (79 CR; 70 M; 73 W) I will likeley be recieving National Merit Semifinalist

SATIIs:
Literature: 750
World History: 760
Biology: 740

APs:
2007 Human Geography- Self Study (5); US Government (5); Psych- Self Study (5)

2008
Calc AB (5); Environmental (4); English Lang (5); World History (5); Biology (5)

I will be a national AP scholar!

Extracurriculars:
Junior Statesmen of America (founder/president) awarded national chapter of the month!!
Future Business Leaders of America (MD State officer/school parliamentarian -- heavily involved)
Piano (student at Peabody Conservatory Precollege & played for 10 years)
County Government- (Environmental Sustainability Board Student Member) personally selected by my county executive to serve on this board

School ECs:
Drama (2 supporting roles, lots of plays/musicals)
Band (first chair/wind ensemble - flute)
Student Government (rep to the board of ed)
County-wide student council (Elected Secretary by student from across my county)
Environmental Club
Best Buddies
Member of the Maryland Technology Honors Society
Community Teen Advisary Council: member
Community Service Thing: Basically me and some other kids go to different schools throughout our state and talk to parents about how they can better connect with their children

- Selected for a couple prestigious leadership programs in my county
- passions lie within the arts (i do lots of art, plays, music)
- did Summer@BrownUniversity last summer
- selected for a 5 week summer piano program at Northwestern U
- I started my own tutoring company (I get paid!)

I think you know what I know.

^I'm not exactly sure what you're trying to get at but I think you believe I'm coming off a little presumptuous.... but really:

1) I have legacy at yale - so I'm applying for that reason
2) I love new york and columbia, so I figure I might as well apply
3) I want the experience of applying to harvard

I don't really have any hook for penn so that's why I wondered if I had a good enough shot at penn just so I'm not applying to too many "far reach" schools.

If you want a city, I don't think Yale makes sense. Philly, Boston, and NY for your other schools, I get. But New Haven? Heavens no! You're a strong applicant. I think you're in at Stern (assuming you're applying to Stern), but the rest are crapshoots, we all know that.
