UGH I JUST WANT TO BE ACCEPTED INTO UPENN! IS THAT TOO MUCH TO ASK FOR?!


lol sorry. but ugh yeah, definitely a penn class of 2014 hopeful here.. i just wish my numbers werent so low for the penn "average"... =(

My grades and tests scores are fine; I really think my EC's aren't going to be enough though. But I'll apply ED and see what happens.

im sure youve heard this before, but essays are extremely important. my friend got into stanford who has a mediocre profile, but she wrote amazing essays. i, on the other hand, over edited my stanford essays, so they didnt sound as genuine. for penn and my other schools, i wrote brutally honest essays that really exemplified my voice. i wasnt afraid to get personal. take time to think about your essay, dont overedit, and write what you want to write, not what you think adcoms want to hear. i dont know what else to say or if i even articulated my point across well enough haha, but if you have any questions feel free to ask.
