on my penn portal it says my transcript and counselor recommendation is not turned in. it says on my common app that my secondary school report was submited. So is this just a processing thing and it will take time or what?

yeah, mine's like that too. im gonna wait a couple of days and go talk my GC if nothing happens

yep, mine says the same thing. I think it should be fine. They're probably still processing all of the apps.

definitely wait. i told my GC about this, they called and the office confirmed that everything of mine was in (and i got my penn portal ID) but on the actual penn portal page, it still says that my GC rec isn't it o__O so yea... lol...but i already got my ID which means everything much have been received.

I emailed the admissions office about the same problem. Their reply:

"Please be patient with us – we’re in the process of uploading all of the documents into our online system. So, just be patient, check back every couple of days, and if we really didn’t get the documents, we’ll be in touch with you and ask you to resend. This will not put your application in jeopardy!

I'm guessing we're all fine. They'll call us if they need us to resend the counselor recommendation.

Same here. Those two are the only things missing for me. But I sent them in so I'll wait.

for me, my two teacher recommendation letters and guidance counselor letter are the elements missing. i emailed admissions and received the same email copy and pasted above. i guess we can wait a little longer..

For me, I'm missing Counselor Recommendation and Transcripts, but my Secondary School Report is listed as received.

Kinda confusing because aren't they all submitted together?

^ Same, my secondary school report, transcript and GC recc were together but all 3 of my reccs are not up. It says specifically somewhere that even things that are mailed together are processed at different times, so it's fine.
