Basketball talk: What is up with this panther basketball team yo?

Im bored so imma talk some junk....

I dont know what the basketball team is coming to. Its just ridiculous right now. The guys and girls are so incosistant but mainly the guys. They just can't make shots, layups, or get rebounds. And they turn it over like crazy. If u say the way pitt plays compared to other teams on the top 25 they're just sloppy compared to the others. I wouldnt be surprised if Depaul spanks that a** on March 9. What they need to do is keep ramon out the game and all the other bench out and keep blair, young, fields, benjamin, and brown in like...the whole game. If and when they make to the ncaa tournament dont expect them to last very long...they wont...guaranteeeed. Dont even talk about the big east tournament. The day they win it is the day it rains quarters. Im just hoping they get better by the time im in pitt this coming fall so i dont get tooo agrivated. And the girls....hm...i wont even do it to them. Lets just say they're are only 3 Oh-K players on the team.

can you please ****.

the only reason why we lost to WVU is most players got in foul trouble in the first half. we had to play more conservative, and arent refined nor strong playing 2-3 zone defense. dont worry, this can be corrected.

our players are drained, so having this long break before de paul is what the dr ordered. and btw - we will beat depaul.

we will end up playing syracuse first round of the big east, and another team after that. then we will be a 6th seed going into the NCAA tourney. playing in madison garden is a good thing, most of the starting lineup are from ny, and playing in the garden will spark some intensity back into the players.

you talk all this smack about pitt basketball, yet you never ever attended a game. so be quiet, go back into your hole, and dont talk smack about pitt bball when you dont even go to this school yet.

MSG has a lot to do with it.

Look at the starting lineup

keith benjamin - from new york
tyrell bigs - from new york
levance fields - from new york

obviously, those players grew up watching games in that arena, and playing against SU or VU will obviously ignite some magic.

where did pitt beat duke? in the garden.

Playa,

I would say winning the Big East shows what the Panthers can do with Fields back and in sync.

Good four days in NYC guys.
