If you were an in state student, I would say that your chances were excellent. As an out of state student, they are still pretty good, but less than they would be as an in state student.
I suspect that we will see the average SAT scores rise a good bit this year after the announcement that the Honors College was ranked #1. I would think that there will be tons of students applying who are great students (2 part SAT between 1200-1450) but not quite up to Ivy League standards.
By the way, your SAT score is exactly what mine was, of course since I am a USC parent and not a current student I took mine 30 years ago.
