USF accepted party

Well I got into USF for the Spring term. I used to come to the Tampa Bay
area all the time and its a killer party scene. I have partied on the USF campus and its a fun place. Now dont get me wrong I did choose to come here because I think its a good party school, I choose because I like the area of Tampa.

The USF dorms seem nice plus they got reasonably priced off campus housing right outside campus.

There is alot of rules if your living in the USF dorms. So on the one hand there is alot of parties there on the other hand you are safer having a party off campus.

On and off campus you can expect a good party scene out of USF.

USF haas slamming hotties, a great entertainment scene, plenty of incredible bars and night life spots. Tampas got it going on.

The academics are good also and in the areas they are best in their degree is as good as any other Florida school.

I honestly think UF is better but go 2 Gainseville and see how you like it b4 choosing UF.

I dont want to look back and say i went to a slightly more reputable school that may or may not have a significant impact on my future and in exchange for just 2 of the most boring years of my life.

Gainseville is the most boring lame city ever. Now I admit Gainvesville does have alot of hotties but the party scene is hard to work with. If you want a party in Gainseville your basicly going to need to bring 20 people with you to get it started because they dont party in Gainseville.

Orlando is ok but its not what I would call a party city. They have some hotties but only mild downtown area. The traffic is awful. The police seem to be very active all the time.

Tallahassee does have a lil party scene out that way. They got crazy women and crazy parties and I have had alot of fun out there. In some areas FSU is ranked higher than any other school. But Tallahassee really is kinda limited town. This place is better than Gainseville or Orlando.

Miami is really slamming. Miami is the only other place that can compare with Tampa and to be honest I would say if your just out 2 party with sexy ladies Miami does have it over Tampa. The party scene in Miami is like nothing else. It blew my mind. But for me Miami had to big drawbacks, number 1 it seemed like Spanish was spoken in alot of places I went to. I was limited in a number of ways because I couldnt speak Spanish. Second Miami is dam expensive. The party scene is 1 of a kind but the rent is also like none other lol. Unless mommy and daddy are going to give you $40,0000 a year dont come to Miami as a student. This city is expensive.

I can't believe I actually read that entire post. This kid is a ******bag, if I choose to go to USF, which I probably won't because I have already been accepted to better schools, then I am going to reconsider selecting a "random" housing roommate in fear of getting this kid as my roommate. lol.

My friend applied for summer term and he said that he asked admissions and they weren't giving out decisions for summer until December 1st.

I asked admissions and got the answer that they will be sending decisions out around Thanksgiving. I hope they do because I have to make a decision soon.

No offense, but USF's ranking is not going to improve with students like you... your primary purpose for going to college should be to get a good education.

Before everyone tries to generalize the quality of students at USF because of one person's love for the night life, think again. USF, like any other top tiered university, has its diverse spread of students. There is no arguing the quality of education at USF, but I will say that you will come across a few students and question how in the world they got in. I asked myself the same thing when I went to visit my friends at UF and came across the most ignorant and dimwitted people I have ever had the misfortune to observe breathing oxygen in Gainesville. If anything, this thread just give Tampa even more of an edge in terms of student life and opportunities.
