Does this mean I am prob going to get into USC?

So recently in the mail i got a letter from USC saying, "We have completed a preliminary review of your application file and are writing to request further information... Specifically, we would like to see the results of the first semester of your senior year course work before we take final action on your application."

I'm assuming that means I'm on the border. I have an sat of 2150 and gpa of 4.3 (9-12). I just got a 4.5 (alls a's and one b) for 1st semmester of senior year.

Thanks!

I just got the letter as well and posted a thread about it thinking the same thing- Letter Requesting First Semester Senior Grades Means Borderline?

They are saying it doesn't mean anything besides that they don't have your first semester grades, but I'm not 100% sure.

I thought they sent that letter to all applicants that haven't been accepted already. :/ Could be wrong, I guess.
