BOTH Subsidized Stafford and Unsubsidized Stafford Loan

Hi all,

In my financial aid report, I received both a Subsidized Federal Stafford Loan AND an Unsubsidized Federal Stafford Loan, each with different amounts.

Then USC sent me an e-mail saying:

"We have certified your 2007-2008 Federal Stafford Loan application and have
sent the certification information to:

Lender Name: xxxxxxxxxxxx
Guarantor Name: xxxxxxxxxxxxx

For disbursement dates and amounts, review the disclosure statement(s) you
receive from your lender. If you wish to cancel or reduce the amount of a
loan, please contact us at www.usc.edu/contactfao."

What does this mean?
Last year, I received the Subsidized Federal Stafford Loan only. Does the e-mail mean I won't have to fill out a Stafford Loan Request Form (BTW, if I applied for a Stafford Loan in my first year, does that mean I won't have to fill out a form for the next 4 years)? Or will I have to fill one out for the unsubsidized one if I want it?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
