You can just write the ID number. My D never used the bar code stickers last year.

Could please anyone help?

Does USC require a current college Dean’s Report from transfer applicants? This Dean’s Report is required by almost all colleges as part of the transfer application, and yet I have not found such a Dean’s Report form in the USC 2009 transfer application.
This is the same as dean's report

Also, is there a cover sheet for faculty recommendation for transfer applicants?
I didn't see one, follow the info on the link below:

So can I just print out the forms right now? Does it matter if it's costumed or not?

Just print out and write your ID on the top. My daughter typed her ID on a label and stick on the label on the top right of the form.

Hi - I have two questions

#1 - ive already applied to the annenburg school, but would like to switch to the marshall school, is it too late to do this. If yes, does anyone know how long until i could transfer to marshall?

#2 - i read that decisions get mailed out on the 1st of april. however, i was browsing through the 2012 thread and noticed many people were notified as early as late january. does anyone know how it all works/

thanks alot

#2: USC mails out decisions in waves. The first decisions come out in late January and early February...these are generally the students who are invited to interview for the big scholarships (Trustee full tuition and Presidential half tuition). In order to be considered for these scholarships, applicants needed to submit applications by Dec 1. Acceptances are then sent in waves through end March. Rejections are the last to be sent, normally in early April.
Some students are also offered spring admission.

Hi Columbia_Student: Thank you so much for helping me and I really appreciate it! I filled out the Form 6 and thought there was another form that the Dean of Students at my college has to sign. If there isn’t, that is great! Thank you again!

toronto_kid-

1. Since the deadline to apply has not yet passed, you may be able to change your application. Contact admissions asap. To transfer to Marshall later, even if you are already a student of USC, you would follow the same requirements as any other transfer student outside of USC applying to Marshall. Here are the requirements to apply as a transfer to Marshall-
USC Marshall » Undergraduate Programs » Admissions » Transfer Students

2. Sequoia is correct.

You might want to learn to use the Search function (in the blue bar above); both of your questions have been asked many times here. The motto here and probably on any forum is, "The Search Function is your best friend." For example, see post #10-http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/university-southern-california/422566-faq-usc-admissions.html

But of course feel free to post when you can't find the answer. Good luck!

I just got admitted- why?

If you have gotten admitted in this early stage, it almost definitely means that you are being considered for one of the larger scholarships that USC offers- either half tuition or full tuition. In the next few days, you will receive a letter explaining the scholarship offer, which of the two scholarships you will be interviewed for, and how the entire process works. I haven't been able to find the actual website for admitted students to access Explore USC yet, but in years past people could figure out which scholarship they would be interviewing for by which dates they could sign up for on that website. More information should be coming soon.

I just checked and it looks like last year's link isn't working, so we will have to wait for a new link to come out...

International students are also considered for the Trustee, Presidential and Dean's scholarships for freshmen. There is also an International scholarship. The deadline was Dec 1.

so I am a national merit semi finalist meaning that USC wuld give me the half tuition thingy (correct me if i am wrong). So if i don't get an acceptance letter soon does that mean I probably did not get into USC?

Trickstylez, that you've not yet received acceptance, or do not get one soon, does NOT mean you won't get in. I know of NMF students last year, who received their acceptances in March.
