I signed up for USC housing but then decided to live with some friends off campus next year. Now I'm still in the USC housing contract and the only way to get out of it is to find a replacement.

My contract is for a full size four-person apartment in Troy East, but I believe that it's subject to change. You are just taking my general spot in USC housing and you can then indicate your housing preference to USC.
Current rent at Troy East is $3055/semester but if you indicate a different housing preference your rent may be different.
To qualify:
1) You cannot have applied for USC housing yet this year.
2) That's it!
