A Glitch and a Question

Hi everybody!

So I have two problems with my application. First, the deadline for scholarships is tomorrow, and I just finished the application on friday, and I have yet to mail in the other forms. I haven't yet received my USC ID. I was wondering if the High school transcript/counselor recommendation forms were also due on December 1st? Or if we can mail them in after? Because I will not be able to get my transcript by then...

Second, in my USC application, in the "Courses and Grades" section, I encountered a bug. For some odd reason, every class I took in 10th grade is showing twice per term, as if i took 12 classes per semester. This is obviously wrong, but I can't fix it. The 10th Grade tab doesn't show it, but my summary does. Do you think it will hurt my chances? I tried emailing USC about it already...

I called them on last tuesday and they said that transcripts can be mailed later because you cant print the form untill you submit the app.
someone confirm this though...

You can type your USC-ID in a label and stick the label on your transcript. You don't have to wait for USC.
On the repeating of 10th grade courses, you can note in the additional information section that is what you've noticed. Other students have noticed the same thing. I don't think you will be penalized.

Okay, cool, thanks!

But are the transcript and counselor recommendation form due on the deadline? Or can mail them in later? Cause I haven't even been told my USC ID number.

I believe just the application is due Dec 1, other stuff can be sent in after Dec 1. You can also put the same label in your transcript and counselor report. Go to Office Depot, they have these labels and you can use Word to print a sheet of labels.

Does the transcript and rec need to be in by the application deadline?

You can also just write your USC ID or SS# in the space where they label would go.
