The rent also includes one meal per day from the fabulous chef here! You don't need to be affiliated with this chapter, or any, to live here, as they are renting out rooms to any girls since their chapter is new and not yet large enough to fill the whole house. Me again! This is a really great opportunity for a female Spring admit to live on the Row. It's much less expensive than USC housing, as I understand from other posts the dorms are around $4200 and the mandatory semester meal plan is another $2500. We will underwrite your rent to $3500, including one meal per day! This is a new, and really safe and secure sorority house. Each room has a private bathroom, there is a quiet study room, and a kitchenette/TV room down the hall. PM me if you're interested.
