Spring Housing Opportunity for Female - Owned by USC

I currently live in Troy Hall (which is the BEST building off campus to live in), and need to find a replacement for the Spring semester as I will be moving into my sorority house for financial reasons. Troy is really convenient, being only about 2 blocks from campus off of the main path, and 1 block from the row and UV. Currently, I live in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment, 4 girls total. Great roommates and completely furnished with a kitchen that is fully equipped for anything. Owned by USC, so you would be taking over the contract, not subleasing or anything complicated. Any female student without a current USC housing contract can take it over, so PLEASE let me know if you're interested! Or if you are looking to move into USC housing and have somewhere else to live in mind, consider taking over the contract and then getting reassigned to the spot you want, as reassignment is easy and you'd be helping me out alot. Thanks!
