Required forms?

I am a bit confuse about what are required?

Besides the online app, teacher/counselor's recommendations, SAT score via collegeboard. What else do I need?

I see forms like transcript request forms and sat student report forms, do i need them?

You must submit transcripts. If your counselor is including official transcripts with your counselor report you do not need to send another. If not, take the transcript request form to your high school registrar, sign it and request that they send official transcripts to USC. If you have already sent the official transcript, the form itself is not needed.

The SAT/ACT score report forms are to speed up the process. USC would like you to photocopy your student score report or print out an online report with the unofficial scores so they can get started evaluating your application right away, even if your official scores are delayed.

    Good luck!

I sent my transcript form without the actual transcript attached because my counselor had already sent my transcript, and because my school does not give out transcripts yet. I just wrote on the from that the transcript had already been sent.

However, on the sat form I did attach a copy of my scores. I hope that helped a little

Thanks but I read your post a bit too late, I went to my school's counseling office and requested another transcript with the form even though I have already sent one with counselor's rec.

Hoobucs720 and exe163, you are both FINE! Having an extra copy of a form or required item is perfectly okay.

    Good luck!!!
