portfolio submission?

I have an electronic portfolio that I was considering sending to UT within the next month, just as an add-on to my application.

I was wondering if anyone had sent one in before, and if so, how? On a CD? I'm just not sure what the best way is. Also, I guess I have to include my UTEID and application number and all that jazz...just wondering...

thanks =)
