My stats weren't quite as good last year, and I got in. Pick a undesirable major, and it'll help.

I got in Geosciences with a 26% class rank, 2080 SAT (1400 on the two part), and a 94 GPA. If you really want into UT go Geosciences. Im going to try to transfer into Biology after my freshman year.

I think you have a good chance of getting in. Even very good. I had a significantly less impressive resume, but a higher SAT score, and got in. So, I would say take an SAT prep course and then make a higher SAT grade and you should be in no problem.

^ OP
the NHS is NOT an "extra that matters." It's worthless, essentially.
Extras that matter include awards on national levels (Intel/Siemens/Davidson Fellow, etc)

Since it's easier to get in applying to natural sciences, is it easier to apply for the summer program? (apply texas -apply summer, fall, spring)? I know that everyone who is denied is considered for SFC but would it be better to apply straight for summer if you are borderline? I would actually prefer spending all summer in Austin. Especially since my sister will most likely be back home after graduating and other things going on

There is no straight consideration for summer. You apply for fall and if they can't take you for fall, they consider you for SFC. The summer application is for regular summer sessions, which are different and aren't for freshmen.
