Chance Me? (Out of State Student)

I have no idea how this school looks at applicants, especially out of staters - I've been mostly applying and looking into smaller or private schools, so I'm a bit at a loss for how to feel about my chances at UT, especially since they have the whole top 10% deal for in-staters and "somewhat limited" room for out-of-staters. UT is slowly shaping up to be my 2nd choice school. Any help? Especially as to what luck I would have getting into RTF...

My opinion:
If admissions for the class starting in fall 2010 is similar to that for the class starting in fall 2009, you are definitely in.
If admissions for the class starting in fall 2010 is similar to that for the class starting in fall 2008, less certainty but you are likely in.
