Likely Phone Calls?

I've heard of likely letters, but never likely phone calls. However, this evening I received a call from a Virginia student who was in Echols. She spoke with me about the program and described the different aspects of it. She left her e-mail address in case I had more questions. No promises made, of course, but it was helpful speaking with her.

Did anyone else receive a call like this?

Yes, I received the letter over the weekend, and the phone call came Monday night.

I got the letter on Friday, and UVa has called me twice this week but for some reason my dad always tells them that I'm busy.

(Although yesterday they called during 24, so there was no way that I was gonna ignore Jack Bauer to talk to some student).
