Echols/Rodman OOS?

Those of you how have posted Echols/Rodman OOS acceptances seem to have stats similar to mine. Do you think that the only way to be accepted to UVa OOS is to be granted Echols/Rodman status? Are there any OOS offers still left possibly?

LOL. The numbers directly contradict this. Draw your own conclusions:

(note: approximately 600 people are offered Echols status, many of whom are instate.)
