Totally pointless thread Re: GrandMarc

Anyone on here either lived/currently living/will live, or know anyone in the above catagories, in the GrandMarc on 15th?

GrandMarc is nice, I agree. Granite countertops, but I hear that the train is close by and will rattle all the apts. at various times throughout the day. I'll be a block or two away at other apartments. That whole area is nice.

More of, anyone have problems with it? They're lease/office seems kinda shady, and seeming how my first lease fell through/i no longer have, this is an option that looks appealing on the outside, but maybe not on the ins..

The Point is full, so unless you're joining an existing apt that has an extra room, you can't really live there. If you can, they're brand new and look great. The stairs are on the outside, but thats how most places are in general, even though 14th/15th St are mostly filled will places that have interior corridors. You'll get access to the Madhouse which has a pool/clubhouse/fitness room, but it's not onsite. But, right out your front door on the 14th St side is a bus stop that will get you there in 3min.

I'm living there next year and pretty excited about it. Major step-up from first-year dorms. I found the people in the leasing office were really nice (almost obnoxiously so at times, actually).
