I think you have a very good chance. Your resume is very interesting and sets you apart. Your URM status and social background play in your favor. So if you can lift your GPA up a bit, you're in.
As a matter of fact, my GPA on my ACT score sheet is listed as a 3.5. I have a few community college courses to stack on top of that and will for sure have at least a 3.8 the first semester of senior year.
I assume I should have about a 3.6 or so by the end of the first semester of senior year. Is that going to be enough? =/
