How is incoming GPA determined?

I currently attend a school where they do not give us our GPA. How is this calculated? Are only the 5 main subjecst counted? (math,science,history,language, english)? Does UVA use a 5.0 scale?
IF ANYONE COULD GIVE ME MY CURRENT GPA FOR EACH YEAR weighted/unweighted it would be greatly appreciated. Also if you could give gpa for all my classes combined so far weighted/unweighted i would love you!

these are my grades so far:

Freshmen Grades:

English 1 Honors: A Ex
Algebra 2 Advanced Honors: B+ Ex
Global 1: B+
Biology Honors: B+
Latin 1: A Ex
Religious Studies 1: A
Gym: A

Sophomore Grades:

English 2 Advanced Honors: B+ Ex
Geometry Honors: A Ex
Global 2 Honors: A Ex
Chemistry: A Ex
Latin 2 Honors: B
Spanish 1: A Ex
Religious Studies 2: A Ex
Introduction to computers: A
Music: A
Gym: A

Junior PROJECTED Grades:

AP English Language-Comp: A
Trig-Logarithms-Calculus Honors: B+
AP US History: A
Physics Honors: A
Latin 3 Honors: B+
Spanish 2 Honors: A
Religious Studies 3: A
Gym: A

would you count all these classes in my gpa because i then believe my gpa will be very very high.
