When should I apply?

Applications for transfer students open on December 15 and deadline is on February 15 for summer and fall quarters. Will applying earlier within that window improve my chances of being accepted? I ask this because I imagine that they evaluate them in the order they recieve them, and that, as the slots fill up, they become a little more critical to make sure they don't accept too many people.

Thank you For reading and I hope somebody knows the answer!

I don't think so. That would be quite unfair. I think they receive applications and only after the deadline they start working on them. Most likely, they also take a random application every time.

Thank you! I am just looking for any advantage I can get! I am not desperate, but I do want to raise my odds of acceptance as high as possible.

They literally won't even look at them until May after all the freshman decisions are made.
