| Transfer Unofficial Transcript Upload
Is it absolutely certain that if your unofficial transcript has uploaded and there is now a student ID associated with your account that you've been accepted?
My transcript uploaded today, but I don't want to jump the gun on celebrating if I haven't been accepted.

It seems like you and I are totally in the same boat. I applied from Northern Arizona University, a four-year in AZ. I think I recall you saying you were applying from a private university.
I'm seriously freaking out, I've literally been checking the application multiple times a day since October and I'm hoping more than anything in this universe that this isn't just some cruel joke the world is playing on me.

Yup, that would be correct! I can't believe this. I've been freaking out for about 3 hours now and I keep thinking. I STILL NEED MY LETTER.
Anyways, congratulations (?)!

What if you already had an unofficial transcript with a student ID number because you took a summer course last summer??? What does it say for you guys? Are your credits from your other college on there?

Nothing about my current university is on mine. (Not even credits.) It's weird because my status reads, "We have reviewed your application. We will inform you by postal mail when a decision is made." As if they still have yet to actually make a decision. AHH I don't know anymore! Haha.

Yikes! How nerve wrecking! Nothing from my current university is on there either. My SAT, ACT, and summer course credit is there... And of course my ID number, but I don't think it means anything. I have a darn UW student ID card with that number on there from summer. So yeah... bleh. :/

I read that your transfer credits will not show up for a while, until everything has been processed. Apparently, though, if it's showing you with a class status, degree plan, and student ID number (provided you've never taken a class at UW before) it should mean that you're accepted.
It seems like most people received their letter within a few days of their status changing, so hopefully we'll hear something definitive by Saturday.
xochistlahuaca, does your application status now say that your application has been reviewed? If so, does your unofficial transcript show that you have a class standing (Freshman, Junior, etc)? I would assume if you took a summer class it probably shows you as a non-matriculated student. If it changes from that to a class standing, it seems like you're in!
I'm just curious if anyone has ever had a transcript upload yet been rejected, or if it uploading is a foolproof sign of admittance.
Months I've waited, and now the two days it will likely take for me to get my letter in the mail are going to be complete hell.

Uuhhh yeah, my letter will probably take 2+ days. I'm expecting it by Thanksgiving? Or a day or two later? It's going to be a longgg week.

It says on the UW website:
"After an admitted student pays the $272 New Student Enrollment and Orientation Fee, and shortly before the student’s Advising and Registration session, the Office of Admissions completes a course-by-course evaluation of transfer credits... The information recorded on the transfer credit evaluation, including the transfer of credits and the transfer GPA, becomes part of the student’s permanent record at the UW."
So those people worried by their current college not showing in the transcript, don't worry. Like youjumpijumpjack said, you just have to wait for them to process them.

WOW! I just got my acceptance letter today!! When I checked last night my unofficial transcript still said "no longer enrolled" from my summer course. So yeah, if you are still waiting don't worry about your unofficial transcript. :]
