is says on the letter that ppl will be able to log into www.usc.edu/deposit app. 7 days after the date of the letter..i hav waited for nine days already ><

I think USC is going to open up the deposit page around the end of March. The school understands that there are many accepted applicants who are waiting to hear from other schools as well. Don't panic
