Sorority rushee here. My top house is Chi Omega. I think they're house is the prettiest (not why I'm favoring them lol)

Panhellenic

It is necessary to register with Panhellenic before sorority recruitment begins. Sign up as soon as possible after registration opens. There are expenses involved. Read carefully what fees are required. Recruitment is by mutual selection. Keep an open mind.

There is no Chi Omega chapter at SC. Perhaps you mean Alpha Chi Omega. Ten NPC sororities are on the row. More information is available by checking the Panhellenic website. Each group has a website with photos of the women and chapter houses. Listed also are their philanthropy, social activities, scholarship standing and national websites.

I'll probably rush for a fraternity. My dad said that was his biggest mistake, not joining a fraternity. I'll take his advice.

Anyone will tell you, you've gotta go through rush with an open mind. Meet the guys (or girls) and decide where you fit best. For me, I'm happier not being Greek, even though almost all of my friends are.

This should not be an end-all be-all of houses at SC, but these are my personal favorites. My opinion is shared by many. I must say, however, that there are great people in all the houses. No joke.

Frats: Sigma Chi, Lambda Chi, SAE, Pike, Phi Psi
Sororities: Kappa, DG, Theta, and I'll go ahead with Pi Phi too

More questions, feel free to PM me.

Lakers,
The best house is the chapter that fits YOU, where you are most comfortable, where you have made a connection and where the personalities in the chapter are most compatible with yours. It is a mutual selection.
Have an open mind.
