transferring?

I've always been set on going to USC, but unfortunately, I was rejected. I'm planning on doing the Trojan Transfer Plan (which, to my understanding, is a transfer program for legacies) and attending USC after 2 semesters, but I'm worried about how hard it will be to begin USC as a sophomore. Is it easy to get settled into USC's social life? Do people rush as sophomores? Does anyone know people that transfered after a year? Any input is greatly appreciated. thank youuu

My son is applying to transfer in to USC as a sophomore next year. On the status page, it has said his application was complete for 3 months with the same date. Yesterday, it said the admissions committee was reviewing his application and changed to yesterday's date. Does that mean a decision is imminent?

It will not be hard at all to begin USC as a sophomore. USC may not be a huge school, but it's definitely big enough that many people won't notice your late arrival and it most definitely will not be difficult to get acclimated. SCs social scene is very dynamic, and new kids are obviously always welcome. As far as rushing, lots of guys and girls rush as sophomores. You don't have anything to worry about!!
