For anyone who might have just gotten accepted as a student and has NOT submitted a USC housing application and is interested in living in USC housing this might be an option for you! I have a spot available in an extremely popular apartment complex across the street from campus. It's across the street from Cafe 84 and the Lyon Center gym facility. This apartment complex is safe and DPS is always patrolling the area. It also has it's own parking lot. It's a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment with a kitchen.

Please remember, in order to qualify for my apartment spot you cannot submit the housing application to USC. It's their policy. I am trying to find someone to take my spot because I plan on commuting instead. Thanks guys!
