Well, UVA has a really good government program that I'm interested in, but as far as international relations goes, William & Mary ranks higher in the most respected survey of international relations programs (mind you, W&M conducts this survey every other year.) I can't remember the name of it, but a google search will bring it up.

UVA is solid all around though, you really can't go wrong with any programs there. I'm lucky I'm in-state.
