There have been some previous posts about the frats at vandy, but they are kind of old. Can someone inform me of the status of different frats at Vandy (What the guys are like, parties, etc) Throughout the old posts, there have been different opinions on different frats and what they are like. I know frats change since the members there change, so I kind of wanted an update on who is well known, has good parties, and aren't deusch bags. any suggestions?

If you don't know which fraternities are worthwhile now, then you should get in touch with any family friends you have at Vandy and ask them; they'll tell you and also help you out a lot. The new rush system (where nobody is "officially cut") goes into effect next year, but if a house is even remotely decent, they'll have a list of guys they want by about a month before school and that is usually 75% of the end result.
