Interview =]

Does anyone know the website or how I can find alumni who are interviewing people in my area? I'm almost positive there is a site somewhere, but I can't find it.

"Thank you for submitting your application for admission to Vanderbilt University. As an optional part of the admissions process, we offer you an opportunity to interview with a Vanderbilt alumnus or alumna who might provide a different perspective as you make your way through the college selection process. Through our Commodore Recruitment Programs (CoRPs), Vanderbilt alumni around the world register as interviewers.

Please visit our special website at
Untitled Document
where you will find a list of participating alumni, organized by location. This site also contains specific instructions about how to participate in the program, as well as important dates and deadlines that you need to be aware of as you proceed.

If you choose to participate in the CoRPs Interviewing program, the alumnus/a will submit a written report on your behalf that will become part of your official admissions file. To that end, the interview is both optional and evaluative. Please understand that there may not be alumni trained in your particular location; remember that this program is completely optional and is not a required part of the admissions process. If you do not see an alumnus or alumna listed near your location, you are welcome to check back at a later date to see if any alumni have since registered near your location."

Good Luck!

I don't know about ED II. I would think it would have to be due earlier, since they probably deliberate about ED around mid-late January.

# You must request an interview by the following dates:

* Early Decision I applicants–November 5, 2008
* Early Decision II applicants–January 7, 2009
* Regular Decision applicants–January 31, 2009

# After your interview, the interviewer will submit a report on your behalf. Alumni know that interviews must be submitted by the following dates:

* Early Decision I applicants–November 30, 2008
* Early Decision II applicants–January 31, 2009
* Regular Decision applicants–February 28, 2009
