Another generic chance thread.

80K income, male, suburban Maryland, top 100 high school, will not report ethnicity.

Intended major: Double major in chemical engineering and economics

GPA 4.00
WGPA 4.74 (School awards +1 for AP or honors)
Rank: School does not rank but it gives me a position of top 5%, though from what I know I'm 2 or 3 / 500, for what its worth.

SAT: 1/06: 1890 (can't remeber split)
3/09 2140 690 (10) W 740 M 710 CR will take again in November
SAT 2 (October, with projected scores due to practice tests)
Math 2 800, Physics 800, USH 780

ECs/Intangibles
Science Olympiad (2) (I have placed in at least the top third in all my events at all competitons, in addition, this year I will be the leader for Dynamic Planet)
MNHS (2)
SNHS (2)
I was President of a club, but just for one year (11) about mustaches and beards, and may be making another club this year (and thus be President) advocating the use of nuclear energy.
Volunteering: 200 hours (Library, food storehouse, government office, etc.)
Chorus (2) No distinctions here
Pick-Up Basketball (no joke) (4) I got cut in 11th grade, though I will try out again this year. Honor: Got recruitment email from Coach Eslinger at CalTech, lol.
National Histroy Day 1st place County level (10th grade) In order to get to Countys, I had to place top 5 out of 70 from school. What happened at states was that we underdressed (completely) and because of this (I think, also 1 gaffe) a group that we beat at Countys placed 2nd at states (ahead of us) and thus went to nationals. >.>
Maryland Distinguished Scholar Finalist (given to top 300 students out of 5000 who apply)
National AP Scholar
Self-studied MV Calc in 3 weeks, and I usually waste time reading physics books.

APs;
12: Eng Lit, Span Lang, Physics C M, Physics C E&M
11: 5s on Macro, Micro, Eng Lang, BC Calc, World
10: 5 on Stats, 4 on USH
9: 5 on US Gov

Yeah. So the admit % this year was 25-6%, so I'd like my chances in the form of a %.

It was 18.9% overall and 37.9% for ED.
Admissions Statistics | The Vandy Admissions Blog

Your income isn't going to make a difference unless you're wait listed (they aren't need-blind for wait listed students - Richard McCarty told me that himself when I asked him a month or so ago).

I can't give you a percentage like that that has any meaning.
