SAT subject tests deadline

I received an e-mail from the admissions office at Vassar which contained the following:

SAT-II Subject Test #1 or ACT Scores, SAT-II Subject Test #2 or ACT Scores

In order to ensure that your file is evaluated, it should be completed by Friday, February 10, 2012. Please make sure the missing credentials have been or will be sent to our office by fax at xxx-xxx-xxxx or as an email attachment. I took the subject tests on January 28th and Vassar will receive my scores by February 16th which is almost a week after their deadline. Should I e-mail them and tell this or is this not a problem? What should I do?

I definitely think that it's worth an email. If you explain that you have taken them and that they will be receiving them by the 16th, I don't think it should be a problem!
