What about pre-9/11 vets?

I have seen colleges give discounted tuition or in-state tuition to post 9/11/2001 vets and their dependents. Are you aware of any colleges that give the dependents of disabled vets' discounts on tuition if the veteran served before 9/11/2001. I am specifically interested in those that benefit the dependents of veterans.

Also, any colleges also offer these benefits for graduate school?

Not sure about Maryland, but here in California all children of veterans with a service connected disability rated at least 0 percent get a tuition waiver to all California public colleges.
