Admissions Interview:
No - They do not offer them, however I spoke extensively with all of the admissions officers and multiple professors.
Information Session:
No - I attended the Diversity Open House Weekend, so the entire weekend was like one long informational session!
Campus Tour:
Yes - The campus is so beautiful, especially due to the fact that I came during the fall. You could easily fall in love with the place!
Overnight Visit:
Yes - I was hosted for two nights in the dorm of one of the North Hall RCs, and his dorm was relatively nice. There are many options for dorm life at Amherst as well, including cultural houses.
Classroom Visit:
Yes - I sat in on one of the Sarat freshmen seminars titled "secrets and Lies" as well as an Introduction to Greek: Classics class. Both professors were very happy to have me, and I participated i

They were all great, and just so happy to try and convince me to come to Amherst. They were also very upfront about the reality of life at Amherst!

They were so great! I am so pleased I got to talk to so many staff and faculty. In the Greek class I sat in on, the professor was even nice enough to photo copy me the pages of the textbook!

Overall very good, but some of the bathrooms could have perhaps used some cleaning.

They seem really nice, and there are many options for the students. Also, many students have singles, FYI.

Amherst is a small town. Hard to imagine it would be unsafe.
