Information Session: Yes - BU was the most informative that we have seen.. My only complaint was that the question and answer session was very limited. However, the leader managed to cover all aspects of the school.
Campus Tour: Yes - The tour guide was excellent. He was very familiar with the university and was able to answer all questions. I would recommend taking the 2 hour tour so that you can walk the full campus.

Campus Visit Notes for Boston University
I was eager to have my son visit my alma mater as a possible choice for attending college. However, I wanted to get his impression of BU first before we talked about the visit an his wanting to attend the school. My son was very enthusiastic about his visit to BU. He says that the school has everything that he could want in a school both in academics and in extra-curricular interests. He informed me that BU has gone to the top of his list!
Hotel/Lodging Recommendations or Comments:
N/A. We are from the Boston area.
Dining/Restaurant Recommendations or Comments:
There are many restaurants close to the school. However, we chose to take the T to Fanueil Hall.
Other Comments (Transportation, local attractions, parking, etc.):
Driving in Boston is difficult-especially when you don't know the area. I would recommend staying in the city and either walking or taking the T to campus.
