It may be because it was snowing/raining but the campus was not that pretty. All the buildings were gray, huge, and looked like apts. There was a street of brownstones that seemed out of a movie! [View Full Report] |

Given that this is a city campus, I was very impressed with appearance of the grounds of the school. [View Full Report] |

Nice campus, but as it is in a city they have sections (East, Central, West) parts of campus that I felt would be a pain to get around if you have classes all over campus. [View Full Report] |

Boston itself is beautiful, and that seems to be what they emphasized. On the other hand, the classrooms and modern art turned me off a little. [View Full Report] |

The campus is clean and prim. There is a lot of activity going on, but everything seems orderly. [View Full Report] |

This is a city campus, but it was nicer than I expected. The part along Commonwealth Ave. is very busy, but Bay State Road is charming, and the area along the river is nice. [View Full Report] |

Hard to say based on the percentage of what we saw. What we saw looked good-to-very good. Plan to return in January to do a School of Music tour and to see the Fitness & Recreation Center. [View Full Report] |

The campus is very urban. The Charles River borders the campus on the north. The campus doesn't have a fence around it nor a green. [View Full Report] |

The campus is what I expected from a university in a city. It had lots of concrete and buildings. Near the river, though, there was more grass and sunny areas. [View Full Report] |

It's in the city so don't expect that traditional college campus. BUT, it is pretty nice in it's own little way. [View Full Report] |

It is an urban and relativley modern campus, so there aren't really the old buildings seen at other campuses (I love the old buildings at campuses like Yale). [View Full Report] |

The campus lacks the charm of a school like Boston College (though I prefer BU more). In some areas more than others it lacks architectural beauty & open space. [View Full Report] |

Considering that BU is an urban campus, the grounds like they were maintained well. From one section of the campus there was a lovely view of the Charles River. [View Full Report] |

Completely urban feel made me hate the campus. Major road and T go right through middle of campus. T is convenient, but there is no definitive campus. [View Full Report] |

For being in a city, there was a lot of green. The buildings were well maintained. There was a wee bit of construction, but it should be done before the fall of 2008. They're widening the sidewal [View Full Report] |
