Campus Visit Notes for California State University, Fresno
Visit Description:
We visited CSU Fresno on the way home from Chico on a whim and we all were quite impressed. The information session from admissions has been one of the best. The student tour guides were informative. Suite style dorms were a nice alternative to hallway dorms and the outdoor pool was very nice. The new SaveMart Arena is the largest concert hall btwn LA and SF and books big acts. Nursing, Criminology, Agriculture and Engineering seem to be comptetive and/or highly regarded. Bulldog pride is apparent and sincere. Baseball and football field within walking distane. We purchased veggies and Fresno State Wine from the General Store -- all items made/picked from the campus farms. This school is definitely worth a look!
