Visit Activities:

Information Session: Yes - I had to sit through it twice, the video was funny the first time, irritating the second time. Very friendly &informative but keep in mind it is an information session, its the facts.

Campus Tour: Yes - I toured twice and loved it both times. Everyone is SO friendly and welcoming. It's breathtaking, and yes colonial but its cool.

Everyone at W&M loves their school and even though their sports aren't the best they definitely have school pride. Awesome sense of community. Doesn't seem to be cliquish but who knows

Again, super approachable

They do have older buildings but not in bad shape considering.

Gorgeous on the outside, Freshman dorm is nice (lobby&study rooms) but the rooms are typical..don't know what else you'd expect. their newer dorms are nice.

Wouldn't worry about safety at all.

Its a very cute town& the people seem nice. Its quaint and hugely historical. Although people complain about it I've heard theres plenty to do nearby: New town, Busch Gardens, beaches..

Campus Visit Notes for College of William & Mary

Visit Description:

I dont feel like filling this out because I'll be repeating what I've already said. Overall everyone is very down to earth and the campus is gorgeous. The town is a nice historical town, probably more geared towards tourists than college students but theres plenty to do regardless of what others will say. I loved it so much so that I'm applying early decision. There's nothing bad to say about the school unless the surrounding area isn't for you, but its perfect for me.

Dining/Restaurant Recommendations or Comments:

Eat ANYWHERE in town, the food is great.
