Admissions Interview:
No - I HAVE TYPED THIS REPORT 3 TIMES AND IT KEEPS TIMING OUT___so here are the BRIEF answers. CC needs to fix their site--this has happened all day with the reports!!!
Information Session:
Yes - Literally hundreds of unregistered students and parents arrived--overwhelming the admissions office. We (registered) ended up in the overflow in the math building.
Campus Tour:
Yes - A soph (newbie tour guide) shadowed by a Sr. They did an excellent job EXCEPT you only see the outside of buildings--no interiors. No dining halls, no dorms, no classes, no labs, no libraries.

Friendliness/Courtesy of Students:
Tour guides were nice--and kids around campus call to each other--a lively happy place to be...

Admissions was flooded with visitors--
The woman who gave our info session in the math building was EXCELLENT which saved the day for us.
Appearance of Campus:
4 - Very Good
Outside of buildings and gardens are in great shape. no clue how the interiors are since no tours go inside.
Building/Facilities Maintenance/Cleanliness:
Lovely grounds.
Dormitories:
Only way to know--is to know someone and be their guest or look at pics online. tours do not go in dorms.
Security/Safety:
4 - Very Good
As safe as one can be in NYC. Blue lights etc. Kids have an orientation to the city and city life when they enroll.
Overall Campus Impression:
4 - Very Good

3 - Good
Its NYC. So there are transitional areas. Sports complex is in bad area.
City/Town/Community:
Its NYC! There are tons of things to do.

The Lucerne
Pricey and excellent
Dining/Restaurant Recommendations or Comments:
The Lucerne for Breakfast--Eggs Benedict and excellent coffee.
Its NYC so we had Peking Duck for lunch and then Sushi for dinner!
Other Comments (Transportation, local attractions, parking, etc.):
Used the train into Penn Station, then the subway everywhere.
