Campus Tour: Yes - My campus tour guide was extremely charismatic, and certainly made the tour for me. I remember him making pop culture references and humorous asides that showed us what Cornell was really like.

Campus Visit Notes for Cornell University
Before our 1 o'clock campus tour, we ate at the Asian noodle house in Ithaca and it was pretty tasty. There were a lot of kids at the tour because Long Island schools had their spring break. I believe we had to split up into like 6 groups of 20 or something insane like that. There were some brochures in the admissions building although you had request for them. Our tour guide was very charismatic; I believe he was a bio-engineer and a member of one of the a capella groups in the university. The tour was about an hour long but it was certainly worth it. He showed us basically all the different colleges and I really felt like I was part of the school afterwards. Unfortunately my mom was in a wheelchair, and the campus was very hilly so it was quite hard to keep up. All and all it was a good visit, and I'm glad we did it in the spring when the campus wasn't covered with snow.
Hotel/Lodging Recommendations or Comments:
Well, we stayed at the Memorial Court Inn. Don't stay there, the carpet was full of stains and the shower was disassembled inside the tub...
Dining/Restaurant Recommendations or Comments:
We ate ate the Asian Noodle House for lunch and it was extremely tasty, though I seem to remember it being on the slightly expensive side. I would recommend the fish ball soup.
