Visit Activities:


Information Session: Yes - very informative. Lower 50% SAT score accepted last year 1070.

Campus Tour: No - It was pouring!! We did take the bus to different locations and drove around in our car.

met students on the bus. Very friendly and loving life. They said "if this isn't one of your top choices, it should be!"

Everyone was wonderful! The head of the CSD dept. was so friendly and approachable.

The demo dorm was a suite. Basic set up. 3 rooms that sleep 2 people with a central "living room" area.

This is really an assumption since we did not take the tour, we weren't looking for the blue light system.

large town with anything you could possibly need. We did not see historic Harrisonburg

Campus Visit Notes for James Madison University


Visit Description:

What a beautiful campus! Students seemed happy to be there. The one professor we met was very nice and likable.
