Campus Visit Notes for Macalester College

Visit Description:

I toured in the morning, which I would recommend because the afternoon tours looked pretty full. The interview was casual and quick, and I got to sit in on two classes. Everyone was really friendly, and they welcomed me into campus activities.

Hotel/Lodging Recommendations or Comments:

The Holiday Inn three miles away. They have a free shuttle that will take you wherever you want to go.

Dining/Restaurant Recommendations or Comments:

Catmandu(sp?) and Coffee News Cafe are great. The admissions officers will give you a meal pass to eat in Cafe Mac.
