The tour was led by an informative student guide in a group of about 7. We toured the athletic and student centers, a research lab, some libraries, and overall it gave us a good feel. No dorms though. [View Full Report] |

I conducted my own self-tour. I visited the campus a week after MIT halted tours for the year. The Information Center has maps and a neat self guide for the campus. Definitely came in handy. [View Full Report] |

S said it was like an introduction to hacking and while it showed the enormous lecture halls, guide noted that most classes are smaller and large lectures are followed up by small recitations. [View Full Report] |

Good tour by jocular, if somewhat nerdy (OK, it's MIT, I know) tour guide. Lots of amusing anecdotes. Diffused the hard-core stereotype of MIT. Tour reinforced sprawling aspect of campus though. [View Full Report] |

Our guide, Jason, was funny and engaging. Had great stories about MIT "hacks." Tour does not include dorms or classrooms. It mostly gives history and anecdotes and shows the architecture. [View Full Report] |

Campus tour was superficial and concentrated mainly on "hacks." We also took a tour of the EE-CS department that was excellent. [View Full Report] |

My tour was given by a Biology major that definitely showed some of the quirky nature of MIT. She gave a lot of stories about MIT and actually spent a lot of time talking about the social life at MIT. [View Full Report] |
