Campus Tour: Yes - My tour guide was David and he was so talkative, funny and open! It was raining when I was there, but I enjoyed it overall. He took us to the Silver Center, Goddard, Kimmel, Bobst etc

Campus Visit Notes for New York University

Visit Description:

Although it was raining and there was construction going on, I absolutely loved my visit. My tour guide was so great and informative, my all my questions were answered and there seems like endless opportunities at nyu. Getting there was a little confusing because, well I'd never been to Washington Square and it was raining. The security guard at Bobst jokingly told me to walk ten blocks north to get to the Welcome Center when I asked him where it was (it's next door fyi hahaha). I found everyone friendly and more than welcoming.

Dining/Restaurant Recommendations or Comments:

There is a Starbucks right across the Welcome Center and Chinatown is not too far away.

Other Comments (Transportation, local attractions, parking, etc.):

From Port Authority or Penn Station, take the A C E line to 4th Street/Washington Square. You'll actually end up on 3rd street, so you need to cross onto 4th. There is a parking garage nearby.
