Not the worst there could be. RA was especially proud to highlight that dorms are bigger than in most places, though i'm not sure that's very objective. [View Full Report] |

The dorm that I saw was pretty roomy for a college dorm, which made it even better when the tour guide told us that NYU deemed the dorm "too small for students to live in!" [View Full Report] |

We got to view one of the smaller sized dorms and it was SMALL. We were assured that most dorms are bigger though. The in suite bathrooms were a definite plus! [View Full Report] |

There was one thing that I really liked, and it was that EACH DORM ROOM HAS IT'S OWN BATHROOM. No communal bathrooms in NYU =]. The dorms were pretty nice too. [View Full Report] |

We saw a freshmen building, so the room was extremely small, but it did have a bathroom, two closets, and it is in an old converted apartment building in the city.. ;] [View Full Report] |

Each dorm room has a bathroom! But I still think the room was too small. That was in a freshman residence hall, though. I heard the upperclassmen's are pretty large. [View Full Report] |

When they presented their 1 model dorm, they prefaced "this is the smallest NYU dorm". Most of the dorms are converted hotel rooms. Nevertheless, getting a place of your own in NYC at 18 is [View Full Report] |

For me, this was the only downside of NYU. The dorms were incredibly small and the prices were incredibly big (I know you are just paying for the location). Also, many of them were a bit of a walk. [View Full Report] |

Very very impressive. Each dorm room has its own bathroom, and all the rooms are bright and spacious. Like, I mean spacious. With beds and desks there was enough room to do a couple cartwheels. [View Full Report] |

We only saw the dorms at Goddard Hall (which are supposed to be some of the nicer ones) and they were very roomy and comfortable. Apartment style really made it more comfortable. [View Full Report] |

The dormitories are in taller buildings, sometimes old hotels. I looked at a room on the 7th floor. A little cramped, but hard wood floors. Carpet in the hall needed replacing. [View Full Report] |
